Hi All,

In case you've missed it, we've been involved in curating a CD of North East bands (oh and Willy Mason) to sell to benefit the DEC East Africa Famine Appeal.

click to read more and buy:
North East East Africa Famine Charity CD

You can download tracks individually for £1 each, or buy the full CD with it's wonderful art by our resident poster designer Kerry Hyndman.

The CD features:
Futureheads, Willy Mason, Field Music, Shields, Age of Consent, Knuckle Dragger, The Lake Poets, Vinyl Jacket, Lanterns On the Lake, Maximo Park's Paul Smith, Here Comes Good Sailing, Young Liar, Symphonic Pictures, Warm Digits, We Are Knuckle Dragger, Let's Buy Happiness, Mammal Club and Waskerley Way.

Pretty much a who's who of sweet bands around here. Oh and one of my favourite songwriter's ever Willy Mason.

Don't screw up by ignoring it.

We are so stoked to have Jeff and his band back for the first time since our show in 2007.

If you haven't seen him before you may appreciably wonder why Jeff is practically a household name among indie rock fans of every stripe; his band's live show with Modern Lovers style rawk, strummy anti folk and illustrated storytelling are totally unique, inspiring and characterful and this tour for the new record A Turn In The Dream Songs is the best chance in the universe to check it out.

the initiated can sweat out the excitement for new Fuff and incredibly literate and witty new tunes, from someone who's been caught up touring lectures on Watchmen and writing songwriting guides for The New York Times.
